About RoseHeart

I am the face behind RoseHeart Female Life Consultancy. My name is Aleks for short or Aleksandra Djordjevic-Domagala, if you like it a little longer.

I was born in Serbia and raised in Germany, where I first obtained my degree in Social Work and worked as a registered Social Worker before focussing on trauma therapy and then on alternative approaches to conventional talking therapies. I am also a certified Mindfulness Practitioner and an accredited Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping Practitioner.

A dream came true when I opened the doors to RoseHeart Female Life Consultancy in Table View. My private practice is a space for Women and their families who wish to take charge in improving the experience of both their internal and relational life.

I can assist with counseling and guidance for depression, anxiety and trauma-related experiences. Supporting families with non-harmful ways of parenting is a matter that is close to my heart. As complementary therapies, I offer TFT and EFT Tapping modalities and Mindfulness Practice.

As of late, I also offer online consultations via Zoom.
All services are available in English and German.

Mindfulness means a thoroughly switched-on, fully attending mind. A fully attending mind is an ability we all carry naturally within us but tend to unlearn as we grow into the worldly ways of life.


EFT/TFT Tapping

Emotional Freedom Technique and Thought Field Therapy Tapping are energy modalities I use to complement the therapeutic process. They both work on the meridian system (like acupuncture and acupressure) with a set of specific meridian points or acupoints


Non-harmful parenting

This is exactly what it sounds like, a non-harmful parenting approach. You will learn how to build a strong, loving relationship with your child/children, nurtured by connection.

Ongoing Support Service

When we find ourselves in especially difficult or life-altering situations, we might need more time or additional support in order to help us heal. Sometimes our personal support system is not enough or sets a time line for when we have to be “fine” again, although we are still processing, finding our new balance or just not yet ready to move on.

In this case, feel free to make use of the Ongoing Support Service. It is designed for ongoing clients that would like to consult on a weekly basis. This service is available in person and online.
